i can not load the action "tcpdf", using Joomla 3.4 and I get the message: ... / administrator / cache / tcpdf.zip was not loaded for security reasons!

You can check with your web host which security settings are blocking the upload; or you can unzip the file locally and copy the contents to the /administrator/components/com_chronoforms5/chronoforms/actions using FTP.
