Hello, I am trying to edit a form, but when I try to load it the page keeps on loading and doesn't allow me to do anything, how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance
Hi Salvatore.
It sounds as though there may be a JavaScript or PHP error on the page. Do you see any JavaScript errors in your browser web developer tools?
Bob
Hello, yes I have JS error once I click to edit the form, as shown on the screenshot

any idea?
Hi Salvatore,
Sorry, no - there's nothing in the error messages that gives me a clue about what is happening :-(

Hello, if it can be helpful I tried to reinstall the plugin and unfortunately it didn't work. Moreover I can't add a new form, the button "save" and "close" at up right position are gray and it is impossible to switch between the sheets.
Merry Christmas🙂

Hi Salvatore,
By all means email or PM me the site URL, the form name, and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look. But I'm not very familiar with ChronoForms on WordPress - you can try asking Max, the developer, to take a look using the Contact Us menu above and linking to this thread.

Hi Salvatore,
I had a look in the Site Admin and I see that same 'j is not a function' JavaScript error - it appears to be coming from the WP TinyMCE editor but I'm afraid that I have no idea how to fix that :-(
Bob
Thank you for the support, I contacted the developer using the contact section of the website, finger crossed.
I think I discovered the problem, there's a plugin that make Chronoforms not working. By disabling it I can edit the form.
Thank you
Would have helped me, if you gave the name of that damned plugin – since I got the same problem. With both latest joomla and cf versions installed and no cc.
Hi HerKle,
If the js error is on all admin pages then its a system plugin, you can try disabling them one by one until the error is gone.
Best regards,
Max

Hi Max,
I have no js errors, only two warnings. I deactivated all non-joomla system plugins, but the forms continue not loading. Worst of all: one year ago I had that problem already solved on another website of mine. But here I can't find my posts, because I don't even see anything offering me viewing my own posts. Strange forum?!
Kind regards,
Herbert
Finally found it:

Let's call it the Isis problem.
