Hello,
The toolbar buttons (New, Remove, Update list, etc...) make open twice the chronoform: the current browser and the same in the new tab.
I tested this one with different browsers (Safari Version 9.0.2 (11601.3.9), Chrome 47.0.2526.80 (64-bit) , and Firefox 42.0). All have the lastest versions. I had the same results.
I already got the lastest version of CCv5 when developping the app, and re-installed it again on the top of the existing one. Taking care also of cleaning all caches (Browser Cache, CFv5 and CCv5 caches), I got the same results.
Do you any idea on this?

I just make a test with standard template. The problem is due to the template from Themler (from Artisteer) v1.30. So I submitted the question to them to solve this issue.
As you said, you have never seen this before. I will give you a feedback.
