I wanted to ask question
Do you strongly recomend to use V5 instead of V4..? or it is just more options to work and the safty is the same
My server said that probably site was "spam hacked" through chronofomV4s, can i do some extra things to keep chronoforms V4 safe in my exisiting site or i use V5
i have to be fair i had joomla 3 far behind updates and some old extensions, i just looking for possible imporvments

ChronoForms v5 is not 'safer' that ChronoForms v4 - both versions require that you validate and where necessary sanitise the data that is submitted. ChronoForms doesn't do that for you because there are many different uses for form elements and the choice is left to the user. Please see this FAQ
If you are using Joomla! 3 then both versions will run - side by side if necessary. For new forms and new sites then I'd recommend v5 - that will have a longer life. If you have existing forms in v4 then you can continue to use that.
