Textarea with editor missing some xtd-buttons

hi,
I have using custom fields to display textarea with JCE editor. All is working fine, but having problems with xtd-buttons. Some are shown others are missing. Can someone help?

Sorry, I can't help here - I know vaguely what an xtd-button is but not how Joomla! handles them :-(
