Hi, I have managed to add the required form within my site but for some reason after submitting the form, my content within the footer changes and the data doesnt appear anymore. I have checked the site and the custom code as I thought there might be a div tag or something that I havent closed but not come across anything yet.

Hi aftabn10,

Viewing in Chrome the footer isn't visible in either case - there is a top margin of -100px that hides it behind the page content. If I remove that then I can see it - but it looks the same before and after submitting in the form and in neither case do I see the blue bar in your images.

Hi GreyHead, thanks for pointing this out as I tend to use Firefox to do all my work and editing and just downloaded Chrome to see the issue. All sho I will have to address this issue before I try and fix anything else..
