I don't require users to upload files during a form submitting. Should I use something else than Form? i.e. POST

What is action url? How could I use it?

Unless you know that you need to change these settings you can safely leave then with the default values.

The Action URL setting is only needed if you want to over-ride the URL that ChronoForms sets - sometimes to use a Menu URL because it looks neat, sometimes to submit to another site.

I guess that a Menu url is important, not only for neat look but also for SEO reasons.
Is there any guide about it? Or a trial and error with a test form will suffice me find the right thing?

Add a Menu of Type ChronoForms - set the form name on the Options tab (and the event if it isn't load).
