Redirect not working from menu

Hi,
Can you explain to me why
https://www.cathedralofhope.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=Christmas_Poinsettia_Dedications
This form works (it redirects properly)
but this one redirects to itself.: https://www.cathedralofhope.com/christmas-poinsettia

I have the relative url set to no

Hi Shelley,

I think that it's still a problem with the way the Joomla! SEF URLs are working, Please try the Hidden Menu method in this FAQ I think that will give you the neatest solution.
