Attachment or link to attachment

attach multiple file uploads to an email in ChronoForms.

Overview

The issue was caused by a whitespace in the array fields configuration, which prevented files from multiple upload fields from being attached.
Ensure the File Upload action is in the On Submit event and verify there are no whitespaces in the array fields configuration for all upload fields.

Hello Forum,

thank you for your awesome extension! I am going to use it for most of my projects!

As i am a beginner, i have problems with handling attachments from my form. I read the FAQ and followed the instructions. I would eigther attach the file to the email or send a link to the file.

Question 1: Why is the file not getting attached to my mail (please see screenshots of config)

Question 2: How can i send the link to the attachment in the email?

Thanks a lot & kindest regards,
AK

Hi ArnKor,

Do you have a File Upload action in the form On Submit event?

Hi Bob,

thank you for your quick reply!

That was my fault! Now only the first of the three (multiple) uoloads was working. The other two are configured the same but data was not attached to the mail. Only the files from the first file upload could be found in the mail.

I realised that i had also a white space in the Array fields config. Now everthing is fine! Maybe this is useful to somebody!

Kindest regards,
AK
