Captcha problem - not showing

the problem is that there is no captcha pics and even captcha is not active, form doesn't work.

How to solve this problem?

Hi Bob,

I am using captcha from your program. I set it up by copying default contact form and editing just some filds. Everything was working fine till 7 days ago when I notice that there is no captcha pics, not loading, and visitors could not send inquiry from site.

Do you need pics maybe?

it sounds as though something has changed on your site? Have you upgraded anything recently? Or changed template? Or has your web-host changed the security settings?

Hi Alex,

The image load instruction shows this error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

It looks to me as though something on the server is blocking the image from loading. I suggest that you switch to one of the other Captcha options.
