Action won't upload for security reasons

Hi there, I've trying to install the paypal pro action or the event switcher but the only thing I get is that error:
Warning: file file /var/www/vhosts/brindisiairporttransfer.com/httpdocs/administrator/cache/PaypalproAction.zip was not uploaded for security reasons!
Permissions are set properly in the joomla root, as far as I know that error has something to do with the latest Joomla version (others had the same error but for different plugins)
Could you please help me figure it out? Thanks a lot

Hi Elisa,

Please check with your web-host to see if they can tell you what is blocking it - presumably something in the site or server security.

You can also unzip the file and use FTP to copy the included folders directly into the /administrator/components/com_chronoforms5/chronoforms/actions folder

thanks a lot, I've tried with the manual installation and everything worked fine🙂
I will let you know if my web hosts will be able to tell me more about this issue
