Forms suddenly stopped working

Hi,
I hope this isn't like the 10 millionth time you've been asked this. I did search the forum.
Everything was working great in our newest install of Forms v5. Then early this week it just stopped sending. The redirect page works great, the forms aren't showing any errors...I just can't figure it out.
I didn't do anything different. I did upgrade joomla... Do you think that did something?

What does 'stopped working' mean exactly?

Have you upgrade ChronoForms to the latest release? Which version of Joomla! did you upgrade from?

Thanks for the reply. I've diagnosed it down to this...
I think my mail server...cathedralofhope.com (office 365 actually) is blocking any emails from the website. I can input my personal email in the to field and everything works great. So I'm concluding it's a spam issue.
Can you tell me what I should look for when I consult with my admin? Is there a specific something?? I can look for in the block list to make emails come through? I'm sorry I don't fully understand how your forms work but I know they've been great for all my other sites.
We recently changed hosts and built this new site. I'm current on my versions of joomla and chronoforms.

Hi Shelley,

Please see this FAQ - my best guess would be that there is a problem with the From Email address that you are using. If that doesn't match the site domain it can cause emails to be dropped.

Thank you again for such a quick reply.
I have our info email as the from email.
Everything on the form works when I send TO a domain NOT ours..
I'm at a loss...

Hi Shelley,

Please check with your web host/mail service help. It sounds like something in the mail server settings that is rejecting emails from the same domain.

Please double-check that the To and From emails are different - that is the To Email isn't the info@ one.

Hi!
I thought I'd let you know it was our host's mx record. An easy change for me in cpanel.
Our mail is microsoftonline and the mx record was set for mail.domain.com

So..easy fix...thank you again for the help!
