Maybe some make joomla registration payment ?
user register on site and when get payment, approved user.

Hi Raimis,

You can do that - set the Registration up requiring Admin approval and do the approval after payment is received, you can do that either manually if there aren't many registrations, or you could use Custom Code in a form to do it.
