Not all fields are received in inquiry email

Hi, I have used one of the sample forms, demo-multi-field-contact-secured and edited it, creating fields for date, (datepicker) time (textfield) and no of people (textfield).
When I submit the form, I get information in all the fields that pre-existed in the sample form, like first name, last name, email, etc but I do not get any results for the 3 fields I created.
I've cleared the cache, and deleted the code in the form setup so that it might auto re-populate when I save the form.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

Hi jross,

Please update the Email template to include the new/changed inputs. On the Setup tab open the action or click the Email tab and scroll down to see it. You can either edit the HTML or delete it completely - if you do that then CF will create a new default template when the form is saved.
