Email posting - is this possible to start a topic via email and to reply by email to a newly created topic?
1. Is this possible to start a topic via email? E.g. a user send a email to support@mysite.com and a new topic is created as a support ticket.
2. When a user posts a topic, then I, as an admin, get a notification like

A new topic has been posted on AryGroup Solutions, you may check it at the link below
My new topic

This email doesn't contain the topic ID in the subject. So it's not possible to answer a newly created topic by email.
I want to be able to answer the topic by email at once.

Is this possible?

Staring a topic by email is not possible, but replying by email is possible.
