I´m very pleased with the way my Chronoforms V4 form on costacycling.co.uk works, but would like to upgrade to V5.
How would you recommend I proceed from here?
After installing V5, it now sits independently next to V4 (V4 is still the ´live´form).
I tried the experimental method of backing-up the V4 form and then restoring to the V5 installation, but while the web page loads, the form details are missing, blank. Now I have simply reverted to the original V4 version, so no panic!
I am still looking for a way to import the existing form into V5… but if all else fails, I suppose re-building from scratch might be more educational for me! Any tips? Thanks.

Hi zzafio,
As you found the import upgrade is very limited - in fact it only imports the form HTML.
While you can do this, the resulting HTML is a bit limited as it doesn't use the CFv5/Bootstrap classes.
My general recommendation is to build new forms in CFv5, upgrade existing forms when they have to be updated for some reason - or when you have the time and inclination, as it does mean rebuilding more or less from scratch.
