Form not submitting in Chronofor5

Hello Chronoform Team,
This is my site where i am using Chronoform form
http://clarion.mspwebsite.com/home/register
In this when i am submitting the form then form goes to this page
http://clarion.mspwebsite.com/home/register?chronoform=Registration&event=submit
rather than to submit.
So can you please tell me what is the issue with it ?
