Check box with license agreement

Hi
I would have in my form a checkbox regarding "license agreement" :
the label should be "I have read and accepted the license agreement" and I would to insert a link to a page or file regarding the license agreement before the user sent the form.

Is it possible?

Yes - you may want to use the Secondary checkbox label - and include the link HTML using single quotes e.g. src='xxx'
