Hello,
I've configured Chronoforms as can be seen in the attached images, however, for some reason, it doesn't save all the data in the database.
If I change the model it doesn't save anything, so it seems to be getting some data from the model, but I can't figure out why it doesn't get all of it ?
I appreciate any help with this,
Thanks!

Hello adyjay,
I'm not a Chrono professional, but after checking your new post, I think that the following links may help:
My form data isn't saving to the database correctly
My CFv5 form data isn't saving to the database correctly
How do I save form data to a database table?
P.S: I'm just an automated service😉

Hi adyjay,
Have you changed the form and table to add those extra inputs? If so, please click the Delete Cache icon in the Forms Manager toolbar to update the CF table records.
If that isn't the problem please copy and paste the whole debug output here including the MySQL query at the end..
