email sender set to admin@domain.com

Hi everyone,

i have a problem settings my chronoform 5 with my hosting provider.

Even if i put all the configuration parameters correctly (see attachment) i always see the same error messagge:

Mailer Error: The following From address failed: admin@domain.com : MAIL FROM command failed,550,Your authenticating ID must match your sending address.

Please note that my hosting provider has a security rule for sending emails, that needs the same sender and authentication email to allow sending email.
I don't known where i can find that email address admin@domain.com, anybody can help me?

Hi fabioassenzio,

Do you need to use the ChronoForms custom mail settings? Usually the standard Joomla! settings work OK.

What do you have set as the From Email address in the Email action in your form?
