No outgoing / receiving mail

sorry my question, but I cannot send / receive a mail

I have chrono5 (valide) and Joomla 3.4.3.

I test all, but I don't know. Only with PHP-Mail receive the poster the mail, but not the owner of Domain.
Normally I like use SMTP with a google mail...

If I use wordpress, I have no problem, only with Joomla.

Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you can turn on Debug on the Others tab in CFv4 or the Setup tab in CFv5.
