I try to incorporate multiple forms in one page (tabbed)

I have some problem with the captcha code (same thing if I use security question)

Is there a solution to this problem?

Hmm not really . . . ChronoForms doesn't manage more than one Captcha of the same kind in the same page (maybe in a future release).

I suggest that you use a classic HoneyPot, that is a normal input hidden with CSS. Check when the form submits - it it has a value set then it's probably a spammer.
