CFv5 not allowing another plugin to write to database

ChronoForms v5 blocking another plugin from writing to the database.

Overview

The issue occurs when both ChronoForms and the Tickera plugin are active, causing a conflict that prevents Tickera from saving order data.
Contact ChronoForms support directly for assistance, as the conflict likely stems from overlapping class or function names between the plugins.

We changed our site this past year from Joomla to Wordpress (and boy, was I glad CF got ported to WP!๐Ÿ™‚ ) and it has been great so far.

However, we recently added Tickera ticketing system for our site's event registration/payment and CF is apparently prevent Tickera from writing to the database. Whenever CF is activated, the details of an order are not written to the database so it looks like I have no orders. However, as soon as CF is deactivated, it starts saving the data.

I do have a support ticket open for this with Tickera, but was hoping you might be able to provide a direction I can start looking at on my own with regards to seeing what CF might be doing with database access.

Hi critter42,

I know very little about CF on WordPress so I suggest that you ask Max directly using the Contact Us menu above and linking to this thread. \My best guess would be that the two components might be using the same name for a class or function and somehow one gets in the way of the other. I canโ€™t think of anything that ChronoForms does that would directly block anything else.
