Improve the look on a form

Hi everyone,

In my site www.ondakids.com on the form showed in http://ondakids.com/index.php/para-papa/50-test-para-saber-si-eres-papa-helicoptero-o-no the questions are being broken into several lines. I see no reason for this to happen except that they might be shown as a table. I.e. see the 4 question (first checkbox).
Is there a way to repair this?

Please try using the sub-label box which will put the text after the checkbox. Or you can over-write the CSS to make these labels wider.

I'll try it on a duplicate form cuase in the past (Chronoforms V4) if I reopen the form in the advance view all the changes were lost.
