On my site www.ondakids.com we have the following form http://ondakids.com/index.php/para-papa/50-test-para-saber-si-eres-papa-helicoptero-o-no. It was created with the basic or simple designer; however it's giving me a notice that there are 16 errors. I also need to add the db save comand onto the on submit event the load captcha onto the onload event and the check captcha onto the on submit event; however it doesn't allows me to write on this events. Someone suggested that I should open the form into the advanced designer, however when I try to open the form on the advanced, the form still doesn't allow me to modify the events (on load and on submit).
1. Where do i see the errors and posible problems.
2. Is it posible that the none capacity to modify the on submit and the on load are a result of the errors.

Weird enough, after loading 3 times in to the advance interface it allows us to interact with the on submit and on load events. But I'm still not sure where to check the errors.
