Rokkie question about testing a form

Hi, I'm trying to use Chronoforms v5 for the very forst time with a one-field form ad debug info.

The form looks like this (first attachment)

The debug info looks like this (second attachment)

I obviously did something wrong, but I fail to understand what. Can you please help this rookie ?

Hi Christian,

That all looks OK to me. The empty arrays just mean that there was nothing to report.
