Hi Bob,

The mails who are sent to the guest or member look verry simple, just a bit of text.
Is here a faq or video how I can put a canvas or picture or my logo in the sent mail just to let it look better.

Hi Willy,

You can add any HTML that you like to the Email template - but do run it through a checker of some kind to see how it will look. A few of the popular mailing services have them.

Do I first have tou create a new template in Joomla?

No, the Email action has a template for your email. By default ChronoForms finds all the inputs it can and puts them into a simple table layout.
