Attached is the Debugger Report.
My Registration form has stopped sending emails and is not populating the DB. I have another Contact form too, it isn't sending emails but is populating the DB.
Any help would be appreciated.

The problem with the DB Save is the article ID - please see this FAQ
The email looks OK and it reporting that it was sent successfully, Have you checked your spam folders?
Hmm it looks as though the site domain is yorkcountychamberva.org and not yorkcountycc.org - please try changing the From Email address to say info [at] yorkcountychamberva.org
