I've created a custom theme for my website and installed Chronoforms V5 (WordPress 4.2.3) plugin and after creating a form in back-end when I try to view it, the form doesn't show, instead it displays the homepage. This is the form URL: http://localhost/geowordpress/?page=Chronoforms5&chronoform=InquireFormOnSite in local PC. But when I activate another theme, e.g. Twenty Fifteen, the URL works and shows the form. I could not figure out where I've made the error.
