I am using Chronoforms 4 on my website a long time and works fine (Joomla 3.4.1)
I installed Chronoforms 5 because I want to go further with the new version. For Other clients I installed them both too and had no problems.
But on my own website I can make a new form in Chronoforms 5 but when I want to see a example, it says using the module: Form not found or is not published. When I go from the component to Test Form or View Form I get: Form name can NOT be empty!
The form isn't empty and everything is published. So I don't know how to get it work.
Am I forgetting something?

Hi Kees,
What URL do you see when you click the Test Form or View Form links? This sounds as though it may be a problem with SEF URLs.
