Some users have reported receiving the following error when saving v5 forms with big number of fields:
Request Entity Too Large The requested resource /administrator/index.php does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.
This error is usually caused by some strict ModSecurity settings on the server, you will need to ask the server admin for help on tweaking the necessary settings to allow sending higher amounts of data.
