Hello,

I am using Chronoforms since years now. Everything fine, so far. Perfect component, thank you.

I used for my chronoform Recaptcha v1 successfully (after the very good video tutorial - thanks for that!). Now I changed to Recaptcha v2, but it still shows the "old" Recaptcha on the webiste (http://oceanspirit.at/schweden-yachtcharter2-g/yachtcharter-schweden.html#CharteranfrageSchweden2)

What have I done?
1) changed the ReCaptcha server to http://www.google.com/recaptcha/api
2) changed the ReCaptcha secure server to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api
3) changed the ReCaptcha verify server to www.google.com
4) Organized a new ReCaptcha private and public key and implemented them in Chronoforms.

It still shows Recaptcha 1

Do I have to change something in the code of the custome element, too? Change {ReCaptcha} to something else?

Hi Werner,

ChronoForms v4 doesn't support NoCaptcha - I think you'd need to hack the ReCaptcha action code to get it to work.

CFv5 does support NoCaptcha if that is important to you.

OK, then I think of the simple way... purchasing CFv5.

Just one thing: v5 will be installed separately and beside v4 on the same website?

That means, I have to create the existing forms of v4 again in the v5 version? (Not just installing v5 and all the forms of v4 will be shown in v5, at that point of time?). Or is there a way to avoid creating the forms, again?

Hi Werner,

Yes, you can run the two side-by side on Joomla! 3.

There is a limited ability to backup and restore forms from CFv4 to CFv5 but it isn't very useful - I suggest that you leave existing forms in CFv4 until you need to edit or update them.

I think that your existing validation will also work for CFv5 but check with Max using the Contact Us link above to be sure.
