File Upload Setup Problem

I am having difficulty setting up a file upload and it being attached to the email sent on submission my form.

Debugger results and screen shot of action setting attached.

Please have a look and let me know how to fix my problem.

Hi Amanda,

The red message on the Upload Files action suggests that you haven't got any File Types configured?

PS I suggest that you put the Check Captcha as the first action in the list before the Upload Files action.

Thank you for your prompt response. I added files as suggested and I am now seeing the file name uploaded but still no attachment. Here is an updated debugger

That looks to me like the Upload Files action, not the Email action.

I added it and retested. Attached is screen shot of Email Action Attachment Box, screenshot of setup, and debugger report. Anything else I am missing?

Thank you, it looks as though the answer to this question is No. "Do you have logo in the Email action Attachments box?"

Please replace what you have with just logo and test again; the file types aren’t needed there.

Brilliant, Thank you for you help.

I think this setup could be clearer to developers setting up by changing the direction line below the Attachment box , currently it says "Comma separated list of fields names of type 'file' to be attached to the email." It should say "Add the field name of the upload File Field in your form, if multiple File Fields separate the field names by a comma."
