How can I resize the WYSiWYG editor? Ideally, I would like it to adjust to the full width of the page. If that is not possible, then I would like to set the width explicitly.
I have plenty of space on my page for it to be much wider than it actually is.

Note: I have adjusted the number of columns for this text area in the designer and the editor gets wider in the designer. But it makes no difference when I use the form on the client side.
