On a multi-page form, how can I enable conditional page display. Example, I have 4 pages on a multi-page form, pages 1-4. On page 1, User select their gender. If user is male, then he should see pages 2 and 3 only. If user is female, she should see pages 2 and 4 only. How can I setup this?
