We have built a form with email and database actions. When I click "Test Form" in Chronoforms edit mode it works fine, but when called in a webpage it fails on Submit and returns to the filled out form. No debug message displayed.
The page also contains some HTML, but I tried to delete it and it made no difference:

Please try to download the latest update and install over yours, does it fix the issue ?

I have updated to CF5.0.9 on WP4.2.1 and the problem persists

I have just tested your form on a test website here and it worked fine, could you please try it on a new WP install on the same server if possible ? and please let me know the results.

Is this a new WP install ?

It's a new Joomla install.
