form is not displayed

hi
I had CF 4.02 installed and worked fine.
i tried to install cf module and plugin but got error message
installed new 5.09 ver. so both appear separately in the components list.

form i created now in new component is not displayed, what am i missing ?

should i un install the previous version ?

Hi, we upgrade the joomla version in to 3.4.0 but chrono forms v4 is not working, in front end forms are displaying but in backend admin area the component section chrono forms pages are displaying blank pages not displaying even header and footer of joomla. it totally blank admin chrono forms manage pages.

Even we copy paste and rename in to j3.4 folder in version folder of administrator/components/com_chronoforms still pages are displaying in blank in backend.

Pleaes help us to fix this problem.

Yours is a different problem - please post in a separate thread to avoid confusion.

As I said in my PM the problem is that you haven't installed the latest version of CFv5 OR correctly created the missing folder file,

Have you added any inputs in the form Designer tab?

By all means email or PM me the site URL, the form name, and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.
