CF4 Joomla to CF5 Wordpress

Hello, I have a client who is moving their site from Joomla to Wordpress, and they have given me some forms exported from Chronoform 4 (.cf4bak). They have asked me to import these into their Wordpress installation whcih is using Chronoform %. How would I accomplish this?

If you try to import v4 forms on v5 then all the form setup will be lost, only the form fields will be imported, you can do this using the "restore" page in CFv5 admin area in WP
