Not receiving form submissions

Hi
Have set form to send submissions to info@mydomainname.com, with a BCC to my gmail account.

Form works and submits fine, I receive the BCC to my gmail account. But nothing is coming through to the info@.

I have set the FROM address to admin@mydomainname.com

Any ideas on what's happening here? Please let me know if any further info is required on my behalf.

Hi benpedroza,

If you are seeing the GMail versions then ChronoForms is sending the Emails.

Either the To Email isn't set correctly, or the emails are being marked as spam and dropped by the mail service; or possibly going into the spam folder.
