Use a dynamic drop-down as a filter

I have a CCv5 connection that I wish to use a filter on. The field contains venue names contained in a table that is one of the connection models. Is there any way to create a dynamic drop-down as the filter, pulling venue names from the applicable table?

Similarly, how would I use multiple filter fields on the same connection?
