Hello,

After installing ChronoForms V5 and and ActionTCPDF I use one of your Demo-Form. I added on submit TCPDF of the datamanagement (picture attached). The form is displayed on the website page and I can write text in every field.

When I click the submit button I get a blank page? No content is displayed Only your Textlogo.

Do you have a screenshot for your "Setup" section ?

Also, did you add any content into the "Content" box in the PDF action ?

thank you. I don´t find a tool for uploading a screenshot, so I send a picture with e-mail.

Yes I add text into the continent filed of the form, but I get only a blank page.

I could send you the link and login for admin-access if you want to take a look …

Hi Max,
now I add the code of Wizard designer into the "Content" box in the PDF action. But after submitting I get only a page with the names of the containers/columns like Text Label, Textarea Label *, Submit etc.

The text which I added into the different columns of the form is not displayed.

Hi Klaus,

The quickest way to create a PDF template is to enable an Email action, save that so that ChronoForms creates an Email template then copy that over to the PDF.

Using the Form HTML will not work. The input values in the PDF are shown by adding {input_name} to the PDF template.

Can I get somewhere an example or demo or a documentation for this issue?

Hi Klaus,

You don't need to be a computer programmer to create an Email template and copy and paste it - or to type <p>Input : {input_name}</p> into the PDF template if you prefer.
