Hello everyone!

I kind of have big stuggle here with chromoform.
The thing is that in page http://www.jettefroelichshave.dk/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=Online_tilmeldingsform is booking page and we would like to have that when you fill in all information it should send one email to me and other to user, and should get conformations email.. nothing of that is happening... it is showing just a blank page. The next problem is that in back of joomla in adminitration when i go to chronoforms and i wanna to creat a new booking page all i have is this (pic below). i have watch lot of tutoralios and non of them have this kind of form, i even cant do there anthing it is not working at all. so im kind of desperit here to trying to understand what is wrong with this page and how can i fix that? do i need to download new version of chromoform or i just need to start all over?
I even dont know what version of chromoform is that and if i download new version how can i change that?

I am completly new to this chromoform thing so i hope you can help me with all information..🙂

Which version of ChronoForms have you installed? Is it the latest release for Joomla 2.8?

i dont know what version of chronoform i have.. when i go to chronoform->validate installation it shows version 4.0.1

That is the latest version I think. It looks as though there is either a PHP Error or a JavaScript conflict somewhere on the Admin page. It's hard to tell from just the image, do you see anything if you set Site Error Reporting to Maximum temporarily?

I also did that.. still nothing.. maybe you have some suggestions what should i do? do i have to create everything from start or something.. it would be really helpfull..
