After install the V5 chronoforms component, no 'Chronoform' under 'Component'

Access ChronoForms component after installation.

Overview

The ChronoForms menu item may not appear due to an incomplete or corrupted initial installation.
Uninstall the component and then perform a fresh reinstall to resolve the issue.

This was an update or a new install ? if it was a new install then please try to uninstall then install again.
