close button not working

I use ChronoForms5 module in joomla. I have used it as a pop up form when click on the button in one of my articles. All fields work fine on the form and it submits, except that the close button is not working. Can anyone help with this issue?

How did you create the popup ?

Did you try ChronoMyAdmin for managing your Joomla database tables ?

I used insert link on that button and in the settings for url I put the article which contains the form. As popup type I selected yootheme widgetkit lightbox and set attributes target as open in new window.
