How to get my form into my webpage

Hello

Its a simple question that i cannot figure out in the documents where it tells me but once i have my form created, how is called to the page i wish it to be displayed on my webpage ?

Answer
I've found it, you have to enable the plugin, then the code to call the form is written in the description underneath the plugin.
