I have a weird issue, which I'm stuck with:
I created a contact form which is loaded trough a menu. It doesn't do anyting when I submit the form... doesn't show errors, doesn't send, nothing.
When I load the form for testing though the chonoform backend it works like a charm....
The menu item is created as a chronoform link. The module to the right is assigned to the menuitem contact.
I'm not a very technical (or skilled) guy so I'm afraid I can't find the solution (or a similar case on this forum)
Here is a link to the form loaded though the menu item "contact" : http://www.078ballon.nl/testsite/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&view=form&Itemid=115
Here it is though the chronoform backend: http://www.078ballon.nl/testsite/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=Contact
any thoughts?

Hi Bob,
Thanks for your quick reply.
I've tried submitting the form with alternate relative URL settings, but without succes.
Also please not that the form is not loaded into an article with the plugin but through the menu component (assuming that's not the same thing and that it makes a difference).
I have another form running on the same website that works just fine as it is...(without different relative URL settings).
www.078ballon.nl/testsite/index.php (click on "offerte aanvragen") which makes this even stranger: one form working fine, the other not working, except for when loaded through chronoforms manager.
I've compared both forms for settings: they have the same setup.
Any thoughts what else it might be?
