Problems with 'setup' in Form

Hi All,

I had two problems with my Form. After some solutions, the best one was to start over with the newest version of Chronoforms

I did and have a great 5 step form. I made a back-up and placed that one on my live website...

The form is visuable, but the background and surroundings are black?
When i go to the form in de backend it is no different from the one in local host., untill...i save it

again, there is an unexplained event after. all the data in 'setup' is lost. therefore the form is gone in the frontend,

somebody know the awnser?
I am beginning to think it is hopeless.

Need printscreens?

and it is even worse...
I made the setup again, without the data, just the blocks. When I save...it is gone

Maybe it is a 'rights' problem with the ftp. I am going to check that now

no, gave all the files in the component chronoforms the 777 rights, but the problem still occurs.

Please see this FAQ - this sounds like a problem with server security settings on the live site.

Hi Bob,

I was returning to post the sollution (i Think)

I Googled the problem, and it was posted before on this forum. One of the actions was to slide the Safe Save to yes, in the settings wizard. I had little hopes, but it works for now🙂

So my form is online, now hoping peaple will understand the usage :o

also I am going to read the faq about this, because I need to know more and more about this component.
