Hello AkiRen,
I'm not a Chrono professional, but after checking your new post, I think that the following links may help:
Chronoforums permissions setup
P.S: I'm just an automated service😉

Hi AkiRen,

Please check the "Access" permissions for your forums, and check the link in the reply above.

Should also mention i use Community Builder.
And it might mess up the permissions,.,

I don't think so, please post a screenshot of your Permission section!

No problems, I will try to add some demo data as an example for how to this, but in your case it was most probably some problem with permissions config!

I am having a similar problem in that my forum appears on the site (to registered users), but no one, not even SuperUser has the option to create a new topic!

Did you create categories and forums ?
Did you keep the "Dedicated permissions" setting disabled under the "Settings" section ?
Did you correctly configure the permissions area ?

Yes to all of the above. See images below for permissions settings.

Please try to log out then in again.

Please try to go to the "users manager" and open the "options" then set the guest group to "Public" and save.

Also please change the "Denied" to "not set" in your permissions!

I log out & back in again after every change I make.
I assume when you say, "go to the 'users manager'", you are referring to Joomla's user manager and not anything in ChronoForums as I do not see an option for users manager on the ChronoForums page.

Anyhow, i did as you suggested, including changing everything that had been "Denied" to "Not Allowed". I logged out and back in again,.. this is what I see:
