I have a basic (single page) form. Everything works fine and has been tested. However when submitting, the Captcha is always fails and displays its error message. My cache is not enabled. I also ran a Debugger action to see what was going on and noticed that the Captcha code data is empty (blank) in the Debugger action. Please note that all other form values (data) are being displayed correctly, only Captcha is empty (blank).

Any ideas why it is being removed? I have tested this out 20+ times and the code I entered is never displayed, even when correct.

Worth mentioning is that this form is using an Event Switcher action to do a ticket/seat/spot calculation (request vs available). I took a screen shot of the actions, I'm just not seeing how I can upload it at the moment. Let me know and I'll post it promptly. Thanks for your assistance on this matter.

when u post a reply, below wysiwyg Editor you have the Upload File Select Field and Button.

Some images of your form configs should be good to help.

Hmm, the Upload button was not showing. I had to use the "Reply with Quote" button to get the Upload capability. (FYI)

I have attached my screenshot of the actions. Hopefully it can help. I also tested all the other forms I have on this website and had no issue of Captcha code errors. None of the other forms are using the Event Switcher action however.
