Chronoforms not showing with TZ Portfolio

Hello, the same form works as expected here http://goo.gl/wug7JB but not here when I placed it into an article: http://goo.gl/Trh5Xp - I tried to change the template in the menu item to beex and it works so the problem must be within the template however I have no idea how to solve this.

Did you enable the chronoform plugin in your settings?

Sorry but that sounds like a problem with the template not supporting Content plug-ins correctly :-(
